Refund policy

Refunds, Returns, Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return for a damaged or wrong sent item, you can contact us atΒ mummyandme.contact@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent unopened and in original packaging to The Tactile Playground so a new item can be sent in replacement/ refund given.

You can always contact us for any return question at mummyandme.contact@gmail.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Β

Refunds and returns are only permitted if the item is broken on arrival or the wrong item has been sent. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or give refunds after items have been opened or used due to hygiene reasons.Β
